Trusted Delivery At Silver Aura, we entrust The Courier Guy Couriers to deliver your orders securely. They are known for their exceptional service and reliability.

Swift Processing We prioritize quick order processing, typically taking 10-15 working business days. During busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

Timely Delivery Expect delivery within 72 hours in inner-city centers, 3 - 5 working days in outer city centers, and approximately 15-20 business days in outlying and rural areas.

Nationwide Reach We serve jewelry enthusiasts throughout South Africa, including remote and rural locations.

Shipping Options and Charges

• Orders R1500.00 or more: Free Standard Delivery (excluding outlying delivery zones).
• Orders R1499.00 or less: R89.00 standard delivery fee.
• Outlying and rural areas: R129.00 delivery fee.
• "Outlying Delivery Zones": R250.00 delivery fee. For delivery address clarifications, please reach out to us.

4. Export Restriction (Optional) 

The offerings on this website are available to South African clients only.

5. Return and Refunds Policy 

The provision of goods and services by Silver Aura is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Silver Aura will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. We also provide a comprehensive policy for damaged goods, guarantees, and warranties, which can be found on our website.

6. Payment Options Accepted 

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Silver Aura bank account. Bank account details will be provided on request.

7. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Silver Aura via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on our website. 8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details 

Customer details will be stored by Silver Aura separately from card details, which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. For more details on DPO PayGate, please refer to PayGate Information.

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency 

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility 

Silver Aura takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, but not the delivery of the goods.

11. Country of Domicile 

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and Silver Aura chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
