During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer, but please rest assured that we prioritize the swift handling of your orders.

Timely Delivery

Once your order has been entrusted to our couriers, you can expect delivery within 72 hours if you're in an inner-city center. For those in outer city centers, your jewelry will arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Please keep in mind that outlying and rural areas may require a bit more time, approximately 15-20 business days. Shipping Options and Charges

• We offer Free Standard Delivery for any order with a total value of R1500.00 or more (excluding outlying delivery zones).
• For orders totaling R1499.00 or less, a standard delivery fee of R89.00 applies.
• Deliveries to outlying and rural areas incur a delivery fee of R129.00.
• Deliveries to "Outlying Delivery Zones" are subject to a delivery fee of R250.00.

If you're uncertain about whether your delivery address falls within an "Outlying Delivery Zone," please reach out to us for clarification. Selecting the incorrect delivery zone at checkout may result in order refusal.
