Returns and Refunds Policy
Defective or Incorrect Items
At Silver Aura Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products. All items are closely inspected before being shipped out. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly provide instructions on how to rectify the issue or replace the faulty product.
Please note that we will not accept any returns (whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item) if the item has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
Returns Process
Faulty Goods:
If you are returning faulty goods, please ship the faulty item to our business address (provided below). Once we receive the faulty item, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost via EFT.
Exchanges:
If the reason for return is an exchange (e.g., you wish to exchange an item for a different color), please note that the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at the Silver Aura Collection warehouse.
Hygiene Items (Earrings and Body Piercings):
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body piercings may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Bangles and Necklaces:
We do not offer refunds on bangles and necklaces unless the item is faulty. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a store credit equal to the product's value, or you may exchange it for another product of the same value. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Rings:
No refunds will be given for rings due to our unique universal adjustable "one size fits all design." If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a store credit equal to the product's value, or you may exchange it for another product of the same value. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and validated. You will receive an email confirming the validation of your return and refund. Please note that refunds will exclude the original delivery fee (even if you qualified for free delivery), and a 15% handling fee will apply.
Exchanges:
Should you desire an exchange, you will be required to place a new order for the desired item.
Statutory Rights:
Our Returns and Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any legal rights you may have in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
Gift Cards and Customized Products:
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for gift cards or customized products.
Receipt or Proof of Purchase:
To complete your exchange, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase at the discretion of Silver Aura Collection.
Defective Product:
A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful, or safe than reasonably expected under the circumstances.
Our 925 silver is genuine and will not tarnish.
